The Wyoming County Business Education Council (BEC) connects schools, businesses, and community partners to prepare students for both the workforce and active civic life. Through career exploration, work-based learning, and real-world experiences, we help students build the skills, relationships, and sense of responsibility needed to contribute to their communities. At the same time, we support local employers in developing a strong talent pipeline—ensuring that students not only find opportunity here, but also play a meaningful role in sustaining and strengthening our rural communities.
