Saturday, June 15th 2024 Butter Meat Co. will open its doors with a grand opening celebration. Butter Meat Co. brings the art of beef and food to the heart of Wyoming County's Arts District. Butter Meat Co.'s spacious new permanent shop is located next to Theater 37, Genesee Dance Theatre, Books and Fields and the Arts Council of Wyoming County.

For over four years, Butter Meat Co. has been an industry leader supplying organic dairy beef from HaR-GO Farms to your table, restaurants in New York City, Buffalo and beyond. Butter Meat Co. has been featured in the New York Times, Food & Wine Magazine, Salon, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and USA Today.

Join us for the ribbon cutting ceremony with the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Promotion Agency at 10 a.m. Buy a bag of Tipico coffee and be entered into a drawing to win a year of bottomless $1 drip coffee. Buy a box of curated beef cuts and we'll enter you into a drawing to win a year's supply of ground beef. Buy a puppet sized cone of our ice cream and be entered in to win a pass to the New York State Puppet Festival 2024. Join us for lunch and ice cream on our new back patio with live Brazilian Choro music performed by Stephen Guerra and Titus Stevens.

Saturday, June 15^th will be an exciting day for the Perry, New York community with the first of 2024’s Farmer Market and Perry Rotary Club’s Peace Garden dedication under the village’s Shawn Dunwoody mural. Come down and experience what makes the Village of Perry curiously hip.
