The COW is committed to highlighting the natural abundance of Wyoming County by offering fresh, home-made options with ingredients sourced from the local farming community. From prepared salads, soups, sandwiches, and main plates. The menu evolves with the harvest, celebrating what’s fresh and in season. Their coffee is from local roaster, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters, and will feature a rotating variety for purchase as take-out beverages or packaged. The COW also offers locally sourced retail meats, produce, and dairy.
“We hope to give individuals in the community healthier home-made options from the wealth of agriculture in the area,” said Josh Noh. “This will be a chef-driven market with the idea that our pantry and fridge is yours as well. We have the sources and abilities of getting things most of our community either cannot, or simply does not have the time to. We hope to bridge that gap, inform and educate.”
Stay tuned for future events such as monthly “Farm Dinners” that will rotate around what is available in season.
The COW is open Tuesday thru Saturday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
