At Mustard Seed Schoolhouse, we cultivate strong academic foundations and Christ-centered character by protecting childhood, nurturing curiosity, and delivering meaningful, back-to-basics education. Through intentional instruction, hands-on learning, and faith-filled community, we equip children to think critically, live responsibly, and grow in wisdom, knowledge, and truth. Our mornings are spent on academic work in small groups. We make an intentional investment in time, prioritizing meaningful instruction at each child’s developmental pace. At Mustard Seed Schoolhouse, mastery is valued over mere completion. Our afternoons are dedicated to real-world science, farming, homesteading, and outdoor experiential learning. We intentionally cultivate an environment where questions are welcomed, wonder is encouraged, and faith and learning grow together. Our program is purposefully designed to take children “back to basics” — protecting them emotionally, academically, and spiritually while building strong academic foundations.
