Senior Health Information Systems Assistant- Primarily Day Shift- Full Time
HOURS: Primarily Day Shift- Full Time SALARY: $24.81 - $28.41
LOCATION: Wyoming County Community Health System 400 North Main Street, Warsaw, New York 14569
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: The work involves responsibility for providing technical support to the Director of Health Information Systems, and involves experience in computer troubleshooting, installation and set-up of computer hardware, software, and peripherals. A Health Information Systems Assistant works in maintaining existing computer systems and applications. This position also functions in an instructional capacity assisting staff in the operations of programs to fulfill their needs. Does related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: a) Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; OR b) Possession of an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with two (2) year’s work experience in computer systems which must include one (1) year computer troubleshooting.
