Member Services Coordinator

The Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce is hiring a Member Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for retaining, increasing and servicing the chamber's membership base. This position is responsible for membership development activities, including recruitment, retention, financials, management of the database,  administration of membership records  in all electronic formats, programming, events, Leadership Wyoming coordination, corresponding committee oversight and development of membership benefits. This a full-time non-exempt position based on a work schedule of 40 hours per week.

Applicant must demonstrate:

• Extensive customer service skills
• Motivated and creative
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on detailed projects
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, web-based software/management databases and social media platforms
• Superior verbal and written skills

Application Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and at least three years of work experience; Demonstrated history working with diverse businesses and/or personalities in a customer-focused environment
Salary based on experience.
