• Complete daily cash report, and determine deposit amounts
• Check all invoices for accuracy, making correction to invoices if necessary.
• Post payments on account to accounts receivable system, determining which invoices were paid and if the customer is entitled to a discount.
• Enter data into monthly receivable controls and run daily sales reports.
• Monthly reconciliation with accounting system.
• Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm
• Starting Wages between $40k-50K
• Paid Health Insurance and 401k
