Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism's 22nd Annual Awards Reception & Ceremony

The Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism office is pleased to announce the 2022 award winners for Large, Small, Agri-Business, Tourism Attraction, Tourism Business, and Most Promising New Businesses of the Year. The Chamber again invited the public to nominate businesses, and the Board of Directors voted on the finalists based on several great nominations in each category.
This year’s awardees are:
Large Business of the Year – Advanced Rubber Products in Middlebury
Small Business of the Year – Family Furniture in Perry
Agri-Business of the Year – Reisdorf Brothers in North Java
Tourism Attraction of the Year – Microtel Inn & Suites in Warsaw
Tourism Business of the Year – The Glen Iris Inn in Castile
Most Promising New Business of the Year – Buried Barrel Hard Cider in Castile
The Chamber of Commerce will host the annual awards reception at The Chalet at East Hill Creamery, 346 South Main Street in Perry, on Thursday, November 10, from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm. The reception will include heavy grazing stations, tickets are $35.00 per person and can be purchased by registering on this page or by phone at 585-786-0307.
“Thank you to everyone who sent in nominations from across the community, and congratulations to the winners for their many contributions to the quality of life and economic vitality of Wyoming County,” said Scott Gardner, President and CEO of the Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism office. “These awardees represent diverse services and industries and some of the very best that Wyoming County has to offer. We are sincerely pleased as an organization, to recognize them for their continued growth and success.”
“We are very grateful for all the excellent nominations and it was a thoughtful process in selecting these outstanding awardees,” said Norb Fuest, Chairman of the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. “Each of these businesses and organizations are contributing to the economy in countless ways and creating a better community for all the residents and visitors to our area.”
Awardees were nominated and selected based on criteria that include their contributions to the economic vitality and quality of life of Wyoming County; capital investments; business expansions; job growth and retention; community involvement; and their contributions that strengthen their particular business sector in Wyoming County.
